Mayor Simulator (CONCEPT)

core concept: buy shops, houses, and other buildings to increase your city's population and your total amount of money.

possible features: 

- city happiness (you can increase by buying parks and similar structures (not sure what it will change for now))

- adding more immersive background sound effects

- adding more strategy to the game
